The course consists of 15 weekly sessions - Total 15 sessions. Each Session is of 1 hour duration. 3. The sessions are Session independent and hence participants can Join at any point of time without any apprehension as to suitability of the date of Joining. 4. The count of the alloted sessions will commence from the first day Enrollent to the Course, and will be run uninterrupted except on occasions beyond the control of the managemnt when the Institute remains closed..Eg. A closure declared by the district administration. 5. Any absence due to celebrations of festivities will be considered as a session availed, and there will be no provision to make good such unavailed sessions. 6. The parents must ensure that their children are dropped and picked on time. Also please ensure that their children/wards have safely reached the premises of Accolades Academy. 7. It may not be possible for the Resource Persons to attend to the participants once their respective session is over, as they will have another session to conduct. 8. Once a particular Batch has been choosen, it cannot be changed, as these are Ongoing Batches and any change affects the functioning of other Batches. 9. The participants are expected to be punctual, and they will not be assigned any Sessions in lieu of sessions for which they are absent. 10. Only on exceptional cases, will the sesions be extended in case the participants, wherein they are permitted to avail Leave of Absence for a particular session on grounds of sickness or being out of town. However, these Approvals will be limited only to 2 occasions during the tenure of the Course, and it shall be ONLY on Pre- approved Basis. 11. There will be a Certificate awarded by the Institute at the end of the Course duration. However this Certificate will be handed over 2 weeks subsequent to the culmination of the respective batch. 12. For those Participants who further the course into the next levels, Certificates will be Issued for each Level of Completion. 13. Certificate of Course Completion will be awarded to only those Participants, who have attended a minimum of 12 sessions of the assigned 15 sessions. 14. A participant who has attended/ undergone fewer than 12 mentoring sessions, will ONLY be issued a Certificate of Participation , wherein the number of sessions actually attended by the Participant will be mentioned. I have read & understood the Rules & Modalities pertaining to the conduct of the training or coaching in recreational activities relating to arts that furthers the literary and Oratory skills of the participants. The Rules & Modalities which I have agreed to, were made available to me, and also forms the part of the receipt made out to me , for the payment of fees.
